Modern Care Acquired Brain Injury Medicaid Waiver Program Many families are unable to withstand the enormous effort it requires to access proper care for their loved one.

The ABI Waiver program was deigned to rehabilitate brain injured patients in a community setting rather than in an institution. Our agency is especially geared to treat the individual as a whole. We know by direct experience what you are going through. We have also seen that many ABI/TBI patients have become separated from their families because of the behavioral difficulties and the complex medical needs they require. We integrate our care closely with the local medical community to keep our clients well and medically stable moving forward.
