We have NEVER accepted GoodRx at our business and this is now proof of why we haven’t. We have believed that GoodRx was not transparent with their business practices and therefore we REFUSED to use it in our business. We have always offered to reduce the cost of medications, we go above and beyond for copay assistance, price matching, etc. we also designed our Hometown Pharmacy savings club to help reduce costs of prescriptions for those without insurance! Let us be your advocate too. This industry is a hard business and we are so blessed by the families who trust our staff to care for you like family!

Hometown Connect has a BIG project planned THIS WEEKEND alongside the Board of Green River Ministries to RENOVATE the existing shelter. This is the first time the shelter has had this type of overhaul since it opened its doors 🚨

We have the following businesses already jumping to donate materials, supplies, and monetary donations and we need your HELP!

-Corbin Lawn Care - donating dumpster and renovating the landscaping
-Advanced Signs- donating updated new signs for shelter
-Sherwin Williams - donating paint
-John Shofner-Shofner Enterprise donating a semi box tractor trailer for storage during the renovation

We are currently still needing teams and supplies in the following areas:

✨Flooring materials & experienced floor laying - looking at possibly doing laminate if budget allows
✨Tile/Bathroom Materials - fitter tubs and new vanities for bathrooms
✨Plumbing
✨Cleaning team
✨Painting volunteers

Please see the schedule posted on our Hometown Connect page. We need volunteers for demo and monetary donations to push this project to completion. Hometown Connect is going to house current shelter residents in a hotel until we get the renovation completed so we need YOUR help.
