Our first day of the season is Tuesday, March 10!

Hop’s will have back your favorites such as the sweet potato curry, chicken hibachi on Wednesday, and sausage burgers.

We will be bringing back some old favorites this week as well as some new menu items.

🌲 We’re Getting Ready for the Season! 🕯️

The pouring pots are going, the shelves are filling up, and we’re gearing up for another busy season in the Gorge.

From farmers markets to festivals (and lots of trail time in between), we’re stocking up on your favorite trail-inspired scents and getting ready to see all of you out there.
