Change can be difficult and scary. This can be especially true when dealing with the change required to recover from what we believed was the solution to all of our insecurities, fears, and life of pain; exposed and exacerbated by the very solution we thought we found. Change does not have to be be painful and we can find that gifts await us on the other side of the unknown. Without change we can only go where we've been before so dream big, dare to be new and look for the beauty on the other side.
