Michelle's journey into yoga began in a Tallahassee, FL Taekwondo studio, where she initially aimed to enhance her fellow martial artists' flexibility and strength. When the studio expanded its fitness offerings, she began teaching 4 classes a week to members of the community. As her passion for yoga deepened and her interest in running and competing in triathlons grew, Michelle broadened her teachings to include teaching yoga for athletes.
