Since relocating to the Poconos, PA, she continues to inspire through private sessions and online & in-person classes. Michelle Yaddaw, E-RYT 500, is a seasoned yogi with over 20 years of personal practice and 13 years of teaching experience. Michelle's journey into yoga began in a Tallahassee, FL Taekwondo studio, where she initially aimed to enhance her fellow martial artists' flexibility and strength. When the studio expanded its fitness offerings, she began teaching 4 classes a week to members of the community. As her passion for yoga deepened and her interest in running and competing in triathlons grew, Michelle broadened her teachings to include teaching yoga for athletes. Since relocating to the Poconos, PA, Michelle continues to inspire through online classes, private sessions, and community center classes and workshops. Despite all of the complaining I do about this cold PA weather, there is something to be said about a gentle snowfall in December. Sure does put you in the Christmas spirit.
