This workshop is designed to help you unwind fully—allowing both body and mind to soften, receive, and restore. Perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, or simply indulge in a moment of stillness and care. No yoga experience is needed—just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an openness to rest.
