The Chapel Hill Community

The Chapel Hill Community At The Chapel Hill Community, our beautiful country campus is surrounded by nature. When we say community, that’s exactly what we mean.

When you look out the windows you’ll see hills, trees and a pretty pond, yet you’re still just a short drive from charming and historic downtown Canal Fulton, Ohio. Our campus provides a warm welcome and a feeling of belonging for older adults who are looking for security and stress-free retirement living. When you want to fully enjoy all of the rewards of retirement, our community provides just the answer. For nearly 50 years, Chapel Hill has been a mainstay in Canal Fulton, Ohio. We offer a full range of choices, from individual cottages to assisted living, as well as memory support, skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation. As part of United Church Homes, one of the largest nonprofit providers of senior living in the United States, we have a long tradition of providing excellent care as part of our mission to honor you and support families. Our 39-acre campus features majestic trees, gently rolling hills and a scenic pond that provides opportunities for rest and restoration. Although the tranquility seems far removed from the crowd, our community is actually a short country drive from city shops and activities. Still, with our variety of activities, friendly neighbors and compassionate care partners, you might find yourself staying home as much as possible.
