Holiday season has officially arrived! ππ½ππ
You might be thinking: "But Alyssa, I'm not ready for winter, holiday shopping, or - dare I say - 2026!"
Well, I've got to be honest, ME EITHER! π
But along with planning, spending, and gathering comes stress, illness, and fighting against the natural urge to hunker down and enter a period of deep rest. It's got me thinking: How are we prioritizing self-care?
How are we honoring both the seasons and the body's natural rhythms while still keeping up with busy daily living?
As we enter the holiday season, we also take a heavy step toward cold and flu season. Please, for the love of everything sacred, prioritize your own health and wellness. Take a break. Eat nourishing food. Experiment with joyful movement. Book a massage for November and December so you don't forget to take care of yourself during the busy holiday season.
