Our very own Brian Webb (Transition Coordinator) and Kathryn Cummings (Behavior Intervention Specialist I) represented us and had the pleasure of meeting people from all over at the Festival of Inclusion on Saturday, March 7th at Nazareth University’s Golisano Training Center. Celebrating inclusivity and acceptance, this free event offered adaptive fun, sensory experiences, and animal therapy, alongside innovative equipment and resources for college and beyond. 80+ organizations participated, offering a range of activities, while highlighting the community's commitment to inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Some of our amazing College Experience individuals had the opportunity to participate in the Spring 2026 Finger Lakes Community College Conservation & Horticulture Career Fair and what a great experience it was!

Students explored a wide variety of career paths by connecting with local employers in fields like environmental conservation, landscaping, forestry, and agriculture. They practiced important job readiness skills such as introducing themselves, asking questions, and learning what it takes to work in these industries.

There were so many meaningful conversations, new connections made, and even a few sparks of interest in future career possibilities! We are so proud of our individuals for stepping out of their comfort zones, representing themselves so well, and taking another step toward their future goals!

We are so grateful for the opportunity for our FLCC College Experience program to be invited to participate in a PE & Coaching class focused on the fundamentals of soccer and field hockey!

FLCC students did an amazing job assisting our individuals as they learned and practiced these skills, all while keeping the energy fun and engaging. From teamwork to building confidence, it was incredible to watch everyone grow together.

Of course, no class is complete without some fun—games like “Clean the Backyard” brought lots of smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition!

Thank you to everyone involved for creating such a positive and inclusive experience. We can’t wait to do it again!

A Fresh Take on Gratitude! 🥪
Last Wednesday, our HOST group took over the kitchen to treat our incredible team! To show appreciation for everything they do, the HOST participants transformed the main facility into a pop-up sandwich shop exclusively for our hardworking staff.

Whether a customer was craving a classic BLT, a stacked Turkey Club, or a savory Roast Beef, our participants stepped into the role of "chef," putting the skills they’ve been learning into practice firsthand. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to showcase their talents while serving up some smiles.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to support the group and enjoy a great meal!
