"Chosen Spot Chiropractic has been a huge part of my athletic success because it keeps my body moving the way it’s supposed to. As an athlete, i put a lot of stress on mostly my back, hips, and joints, and regular adjustments help me recover faster, prevent injuries, and feel more balanced when I’m on the field. Unlike other doctors who mostly focus on treating pain after it happens, Chosen Spot works on keeping my body aligned so I can perform at my best. Not only will they get me in right away if i have an injury of some sort, they help prevent injuries before they even start. It’s become a very important part of my athletic prep, just like stretching or warming up, because i know I’ll feel stronger, looser, and ready to compete after each visit."

Meet the Team: Dr. Stephanie Meglino
Board Certified Chiropractor | Wellness Advocate | Marvel Movie Buff

Dr. Meglino brings a lifetime of Chiropractic experience, beginning in her hometown of Glens Falls where she was raised in a Chiropractic family. With a Doctorate from NYCC and advanced certifications in Webster Technique, Sports Injury Management, and Applied Kinesiology, she’s passionate about helping patients heal from the inside out.

Before becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Meglino worked as a counseling teacher, supporting students through emotional and mental health challenges—a foundation that now powers her deep, empathetic connection with patients.

Her mission? To empower others with tools, knowledge, and confidence to take charge of their health—mind and body.

Outside the office, you’ll find her hiking, roller skating, reading, or diving into a Disney or Marvel movie marathon.

He’s all about finding the root cause, empowering his patients through education, and creating a true doctor/patient team approach to healing. Expect personalized care, thoughtful guidance—and yes, maybe even a little "homework"!

Originally from the scenic Adirondacks, Dr. John is now proud to call the Finger Lakes home again. When he's not in the office, you’ll find him out on the trails with his wife and their dogs—or casting a line on the lake. 🎣
