1. Sleep: 😴 Getting enough sleep helps us to recover and heal. Shooting for around 6-8hours. If you need a nap short bursts are best.
2. Stretching and movement daily 🏃‍♀️: Solidifies a good routines and keeps us strong and healthy. A body in motion tends to stay in motion.
3. Have a hobby🎨: Whether you like to be creative or active have something outside of work or home chores that you enjoy doing!

We get asked a lot: "Hey Doc what is the best (fill in the blank) that will fix everything." The answer is: No one thing is the perfect fit or perfect fix for everyone. Generally a good balance in any and everything is gonna be the best bet.

We could try to sell you the most perfect pillow, but in the grand scheme it might not work for how you sleep! The ideal gadget is one that has a good return policy (🤣)and supports you into a neutral position while you rest whether you're a stomach, back or side sleeper or mix of all of them.
No one thing is gonna be the magic cure all, even though we wish it would.

If you notice, a lot of animals do this. So, take a note from your cat or dog, even the groundhog today and if you have been sitting a while (or hibernating) give some stretching a try before you get moving.
