3 Winning habits for health and wellness
1. Sleep: 😴 Getting enough sleep helps us to recover and heal. Shooting for around 6-8hours. If you need a nap short bursts are best.
2. Stretching and movement daily 🏃♀️: Solidifies a good routines and keeps us strong and healthy. A body in motion tends to stay in motion.
3. Have a hobby🎨: Whether you like to be creative or active have something outside of work or home chores that you enjoy doing!
