This is how I help my body with the nutrients and support it needs to bring it back to homeostasis.

Two weeks ago I had unexplained pain in my side. The pain wasn't from insufficient minerals, but That is when I found out what supplements my body was craving. I went home and used acupressure on my ears for a couple of organ/ system points. Four days later pain gone.
And im now on week 2 of the supplement journey of feeling good.

2. Bake and freeze food.
3. Work on new jewelry designs.
4. Take a hold of your own health and place earseeds on your ears.

Sometimes we require change in order to grow. like my calathea here was in a window where she got bright, full sun. Where she survived but wasn't her best.
I moved her back from the strong sun, and suddenly her leaves started to spread out, instead of just surviving she was thriving. And blooming like never before.
Sometimes all it takes in our lives is a little change to grow into our potential. 💖

I had a dream, that included owning my own building and running a wellness center out of it. Five years ago, after searching for places to rent ,I stumbled on this building for sale.
With lots of elbow grease, time and patience. It has molded into what worked and became my massage and healing business.
In this process, being dully licensed as a cosmetologist and massage therapist, to having a few certifications I was able to offer my clients a few extra tools.
Time has come, life's plans have changed. Simplifying, creating less complications with my life and moving on with my passion of creativity in other ways.
Even though I no longer hold a business building for massage, I am still available to help my clients heal their body's through other means.
It saden's me in a way for I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people in my line of work. And I'm grateful to those relationships that grew from my first day of massage therapy to my last. Thank you🥰
