What's great about these is they are not another pill you have to add to your daily regimen.

They are natural plant seeds that are used to adhere pressure to points on your ear to bring your body back to its normal.

Applying pressure and holding for a few seconds throughout the day is what stimulates the process.

I have gerd and also have had my gullbladder removed, to help manage I take ox bile and enzymes.

I have been on omeprazole For many years and the struggle to stop has been very difficult until now.

It was difficult because I didn't have the tools I have now to help heal my gut.

Ear acupressure has been a big picture in this process, allowing my system to come back to its normal by pressing certain points on my ears daily.

Easy as peel ,place and stick.
Helping, to heal and bring back to my normal, this is done by applying pressure to these points several times a day,in fact the more often you apply pressure, the sooner you will notice a difference.

It has been about 5 weeks since I have been weaning off the ppi's, and 2 weeks wearing earseeds. Its like a different world already,

I drank a glass of grape juice last night BEFORE bed and I slept fine. In another world I would be waking up with acid in my throat.

Making a batch of ginger tea to last a few days.

You can drink it hot or cold, with or without honey( local honey is good if you can get your hands on a jar).
I prefer to jump start my day with a hot mug, especially on chilly mornings, and sips here and there through out the day.
A great way to wake up your digestion system drinking before meals.

Hi, bringing in non chemical health practices, because who wants more of those?

For years I suffered with gerd, to the point where I was constantly coughing and a few times where I couldn't catch my breathe. Talk about scary and no one around to help if I blacked out.

Taking the scare out i decided it was a lot easier to go on PPI's (mine was omeprazole ) But with this kind of easy comes side effects, especially with long term use.
Ten plus years long. Why now? I've seen and read the bad effects ppi's and its just TIME.

Time for healthier alternatives in everything. Its not that i haven't tried before, I did but didn't have earseeds to back me up while weaning off of omeprazole, like i do now.
With no nasty side effects.

This is how I help my body with the nutrients and support it needs to bring it back to homeostasis.

Two weeks ago I had unexplained pain in my side. The pain wasn't from insufficient minerals, but That is when I found out what supplements my body was craving. I went home and used acupressure on my ears for a couple of organ/ system points. Four days later pain gone.
And im now on week 2 of the supplement journey of feeling good.
