It's hard to believe that fall season has wrapped up, and that winter sports are just around the corner!

With that said, we'd like to take the time to congratulate Pal-Mac Football on becoming Independent League Champions on Saturday! Congratulations on a great season, it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of!

Athlete Spotlight: Meet Trey, who unfortunately tweaked his ankle the week before the championship game. With the help of Dr. Matt Condame PT, DPT, we were able to get him back in time! Trey went on to win Offensive Player of the Game! Great Job!

On Monday night, we stood witness to an event that we all prepare for, but pray we never see. There was no luck involved, but instead preparedness, as the Buffalo Bills sports medicine staff sprung into action. These members were trainees of Mike Cendoma and his team at Sports Medicine Concepts, the same organization that your BrownStone Physical Therapy & Athletic Training staff are lucky to train under. As Mike preaches, anything less than prepared is negligent. We pray for Damar Hamlin and all those impacted by this event. Sports medicine staff are ESSENTIAL, and so is proper training.
