What a ride that was…
7 days of fasting (water only). No coffee. No tea. No salt.
PS) The body cannot properly detox when calories or nutrients are taken in.
Currently, in the middle of re-feeding mode now where only high-water content foods are allowed, eg., watermelons, cantaloupes, strawberries & coconut water, then soft greens then a salad on Sunday with tomato, cucumber, red pepper and avocado‼️
It happened to be one of the most uncomfortable (detox symptoms😫🤮) & challenging experiences (the charting, the taking of the vitals, the constant focus on getting enough water in) of my life.
One day, it’d be lovely to do one in the tropics.
And turns out, much TOO short of a fast… So, MORE work to do.
