In our session, you’ll be guided through reflection + immersed in the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments. Let the sound carry you into a restful, meditative space.

A mat, blanket & pillow (get cozy)
Your journal (if you'd like)
Comfortable clothes
An open mind & heart
