Muscle tension isn’t always a strength or mobility issue — a lot of the time it’s a nervous system issue.

When the body is stuck in a stress response, muscles stay guarded and fascia becomes restricted. Over time that protective tension turns into the tight shoulders, stiff neck, and chronic knots so many people deal with.

That’s where the Graston Technique can be really powerful.
