Excema cream ingredients
Hempseed oil
Witch hazel distillate
Calendula
Chamomile
St. John'swort
Wild sweet violet
Self Heal
Comfrey
Chickweed
Plantain
Lavender
Zinc powder
Added essential oils of chamomile, lavender, geranium & myrrh.

Excema (aka dermatitis) is found in many forms but most commonly atopic and contact. It is a symptom that can be triggered by both exterior and internal factors causing red itchy or swollen patches typically on elbows, knees, wrists, and scalp. Genetics can play a role as well as stress, environmental conditions such as weather, chemicals like detergents or dyes and allergens. Although there are many forms most may be greatly eased with the application of a soothing cream.
My herbal blend cream was formulated choosing each herb to infuse in hempseed oil after intensive research striving to possibly soothe and relieve dermatitis.

Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Bites

FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
For Crust:

1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp granulated sugar

For Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup strawberry puree

For Strawberry Center:

1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves

For Crunch Coating:

2 cups strawberry wafer cookies, finely crushed
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed to powder
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
12 oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions:
Make Crust:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press 1 tablespoon into bottom of each liner.
Bake 5 minutes. Cool.

Make Filling:

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and strawberry puree.
Pour filling over crusts, filling 3/4 full.
Add 1/2 tsp strawberry jam to center of each.
Use toothpick to swirl slightly.

Bake:

Bake 18-20 minutes until edges set but centers slightly jiggly.
Cool completely in pan.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Coat:

Mix crushed strawberry wafers, freeze-dried strawberry powder, and graham crumbs.
Remove cheesecake bites from liners.
Melt white chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Dip each cheesecake bite in white chocolate, coating completely.
Immediately roll in strawberry crunch coating.
Place on parchment paper to set.
Refrigerate until serving.

Makes 12 bites | Prep: 30 min | Bake: 20 min | Chill: 4+ hours
Pro Tips:

Freeze cheesecakes 30 minutes before dipping for easier handling
Work quickly when coating
Store in airtight container in fridge up to 5 days
