We are an affordable community for seniors and people with disabilities located just 4 blocks from downtown Canby. Your new apartment includes a full-size refrigerator and range, baseboard heating, vertical blinds, ceiling fan, patio/porch, and additional storage. We are pet-friendly, non-smoking, and feature a community room with activities located right on the CAT bus line.

Canby Village Apartments is a affordable non-smoking Community for people that are 62 and over or people with disablities.

Canby Village Management prides itself on excellent customer service and communication. We love our residents and our community, and take pride in our beautiful grounds and sense of community that our residents have with one another.

We offer 1 & 2 bedrooms that are RD/LIHTC rent subsidized to qualified applicants. Rent limits do apply and Management will be happy to answer your questions regarding qualifications.

We are happy to provide such beautiful apartments in a tranquil setting, at affordable rents and invite you to come on by or contact Sonja by phone or email!
