We sorted pallets of food, drinks, and health supplies—checking dates, organizing items, and helping ensure these essentials reach families in need. We’re so proud of everyones dedication to giving back!

Big thanks to Registered Dietitian Molly List from Nutritious Thoughts for an incredible educational presentation about Nourishing Your Golden Years! 🍎✨

We dove deep into how to align healthy behaviors with our passions as we age. Molly shared expert insights on everything from the power of protein and micronutrients to the importance of how and who we eat with. Molly’s person-centered and compassionate approach made the "Ask the Expert" session so valuable. Plus, the raffle and light refreshments were the perfect touch!

We are grateful for CenterWell Asheville for being such an incredible partner and bringing this presentation to life! 🌟

This past week, we hosted a Catered Spring Meal for our residents — and they absolutely loved it. There’s something special about coming together to share a delicious meal, enjoy great conversations, and connect with friends and neighbors.

Between our Catered Events and our lively Potlucks, there’s never a shortage of fun, flavor, and community spirit around here! ✨

Huge congrats to our team for a fantastic performance at the 5th Annual Liberty Games! ✨

After weeks of early practices and skill-sharpening at our community, our residents showed up with incredible heart. This year was extra special as we teamed up with the Fairfield Glades Community from Tennessee, sharing a charter bus and lunch on the way to the event. 🚌🤝

Acting as their own coaches and cheerleaders, our team truly defined sportsmanship by lifting up their teammates and even offering encouragement to their competitors. That spirit led us to a proud 4th place finish overall! 🏅🎉

Thank you for representing our mountain community with such unity and joy.
