Last week at Community Behavior Consulting, we hit pause on routine—and hit play on growth. 💙💚💛

We intentionally prioritized staff training, because the quality of care we provide starts with the strength of our team.

✔️ 7 new team members trained in PCM Crisis Intervention
✔️ 12 staff recertified to maintain the highest safety standards
✔️ 6 team members upgraded to the next level of expertise

We also launched our first RBT Professional Development Unit training with 56 staff members, diving into what matters most:

Clinical compliance
Cultural humility
Co-regulation

Because great outcomes for our clients come from therapists who are not only skilled—but supported, reflective, and always growing.

And of course… we wrapped it up the CBC way—with some fun 🎉
Huge thanks to YoCrash for helping us beat the spring fever, plus some friendly competition on the basketball court 🏀

The team that trains together, plays together, works better together.

Did you know that, according to the Health Policy Institute of Ohio, children with Autism are at higher risk of developing mental health conditions? Studies have found that nearly 78% of children with autism in Ohio have at least one co-occurring mental health condition, including anxiety, depression, or eating disorders.

As part of the movement, we want to highlight the families and caregivers who navigate multiple complex health systems to access the care their children need.

We advocate to help all kids, not just our clients. Ohio has a ways to go to ensure that ABA can help all the children that need the service. We are happy to work with like minded providers across the state to push for change.
