Aegis Chico enjoyed a 'Spooktober Week' celebration with fun events!

Patients made "Witch's Brew" Italian cream sodas, filled out leaves for the Tree of Gratitude, and Spooky Nachos were enjoyed and a Pumpkin Toss game played to win candy and fun prizes! 🎃 🍂Lots of fun to be had in recovery!

Meet Nathan Swetz, Aegis Patient Navigator, who brings education directly to the community. Through our partnership with Healthy Rural California, Nathan has been presenting Medication Education to schools across Chico, Glen and Tehama counties, reaching 200+ students with real conversations about substance use disorder and careers in the field!

Nathan also connects with school staff to provide Narcan training and ensure they have support when needed. Way to go, Nathan on the work you do to build understanding & help make care more accessible in the community! 🌟
