Tuesday Mornings at 8:30-10 am, join us for regular Integrative Amrit Yoga class. Come experience yoga that includes the "tha" part of hatha yoga! The whole yoga enchilada in one practice. First class session FREE!

Tuesday Night 7:15-8 pm FREE YOGA NIDRA (Sleep-Based, Guided EASY Meditation done laying down or in a recliner) continues, in room and on Zoom. Online credentials listed below.
