We are starting something new and hope to make a bigger impact! Each season we will host a Seasons of Play time for all past, current, and prospective families. Our goal is to develop an ongoing Community Social Group Scholarship ❤️

Social Groups have been HANDS DOWN the best thing we have ever started and it’s developed into such a meaningful experience for youth. Not your typical social skills class - this is a safe space, small size, immense flexibility, in the moment social emotional guidance by professionals who reflect and plan for each child. This group provides meaningful experiences. Wondering what we are all about? Come check it out or give us a call!

ROOTS Therapeutic Services is pleased to announce that we are now offering Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) sessions to adult clients. These virtual sessions include a music-based intervention that supports nervous system regulation, helping individuals feel safer and more grounded. Developed from Dr. Stephen Porges' Polyvagal Theory, the SSP uses specially filtered music to engage the vagus nerve. Research has shown that the SSP can lead to significant improvements in symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. SSP can also enhance social engagement, trust, and communication, leading to more positive relationships.
