I know I’ve been quiet 🤫

I have been pouring my heart into Quiet Corner Yoga. Busy teaching yoga again, creating a beautiful community of new yogis and it’s left me 💜 full.

Many of you here in this community have gathered in circle, shared your stories and cacao. I decided a few months back that 2025 would be the last year I would share cacao in community spaces.

So with that being said my Winter Solstice Celebration is the LAST chance to experience cacao, the spaces I create for this connection.

Cacao is more than just chocolate, when used intentionally it can open up the heart, elevate your mood and create deeper connection.

Join us for an evening of story telling, feel the transformation of cacao, be present with your heart and sit in supportive community all while you sip on warm, creamy cacao.

Our hope is that these monthly offerings will bring together community to strengthen connections.

This cacao circle will include a warm mug of cacao, cacao ritual to open and then move through sharing, breath and movement.

💫 May 2nd Divine Feminine Jar Altars, come celebrate energy of the divine feminine with the creation of your very own jar altar. This is a laid back fun evening to sit in circle, share and create. This offering will be held at Love and Light in Moosup, 6:30-7:30pm, $35 (no cacao at this offering)

💫 May 6th Cacao and Sound Healing, join in the immersive sound of crystal bowls and open the heart with cacao. This space will start with a cacao circle and end with a beautiful sound experience. Offering will be held at Eclipse Holistic Living, Glastonbury, 6:30-8:30pm, $47

Join Stephanie a cacao facilitator, like minded community and join us for a very special workshop, Cacao Making Workshop and Circle.

This will be a nurturing afternoon to explore cacao, not just as a delicious drink, but as a plant support for the mind, body and soul.

Some of the topics covered will be…

Cacao history
Spiritual and physical benefits
Dosing your cacao
Together you will make your own mug of cacao

This workshop wraps up as you sit in circle and you will explore rituals to enjoy at home.

This workshop will leave you feeling heart full and more open to exploring a cacao relationship at home. All are welcome those seasoned with cacao brand new and want to learn more.

Each participant leaves with a cacao gift and reference material we cover during the workshop. Please bring water, journal and pen. Stephanie will supply everything else!!
