As a midwife who has attended over hundreds of births, I recognized a major gap in care—what happens after birth.

Fourth Trimester Services was created to provide in-home, holistic postpartum care for mothers and their families.

Our services include: • Postpartum doula support (day & overnight)
• Lactation consulting
• Postpartum wellness visits for mother and baby
• Sleep & recovery support
• Nutrition, massage, and herbal care
Our mission is simple: to ensure every mother feels supported, rested, and cared for during the most vulnerable time after birth.
