Tracking motor development helps ensure little ones are growing strong!
🍼 0–3 months: Turns head side to side (back), holds head ~45° on belly.
🌱 3–6 months: Rolls belly → back, pushes up on straight arms, steady head control in supported sit, brings hands to feet.
🚀 6–9 months: Belly crawling, sits independently, rolls back → belly, gets into sitting, pulls to stand.
Every baby develops at their own pace—these are general guidelines.
