Let's rebuild your confidence together!
I've been working with Cassie for almost 6 months now and she's already a brand new person compared to when she first started. She's moving like never before, eating foods she wouldn't touch before this, and most importantly, she's becoming the best version of herself for her and her family!

🚨 If you’re already stressing about the food, slow down.⏳️Thanksgiving isn’t the problem — going in without a plan is.

Don't wait until the food is already in front of you to decide your limits. Plan ahead and go into Thanksgiving with confidence this hear.

Focus on what you can control:
▪️Eat breakfast & start with fiber - fruits & veggies will keep you fuller longer so you're less likely to binge when it's time to feast
▪️Go on a walk within 10 minutes of eating, even it's just inside your home
▪️Set your intent - know the purpose of your plan
▪️Hydrate early - half your water by noon
▪️Drop the guilt - one day won't kill you, but that "screw it" mindset will!

Everyone thinks discipline is the starting line, but it's not. Structure is!

Most people fail not because they lack discipline, but because they're relying on a skill they don't have yet. You're not just born disciplined, you build it over time through structure and repetition.

Discipline won't just show up one day — but STRUCTURE will keep you moving forward until you've built discipline.

Consider ways to make the switch in your own life. Ask yourself, "Where am I trying to rely on discipline instead of structure?"

Maybe that’s a walk.
Maybe it’s drinking more water.
Maybe it’s choosing the meal that makes you feel better, not worse.

Those tiny choices add up more than you realize.

Anyone else feel their motivation drop the moment the temp drops? 🥶

Suddenly it’s dark after work, and the couch looks way more inviting than any gym. It gets easier and easier to say, "That's tomorrow's problem."

But the season that slows most people down is one of the BEST opportunities to build real consistency. A plan that works WITH the ups-and-downs is a plan that lasts.

Every time you're able to stick to your plan, especially when it's difficult, you build discipline. That practice will get you to your goal every time.

Everyone always asks which vegetables are best. The best veggie is the one you ACTUALLY eat!

I used to overthink what counted as ‘healthy’ instead of just trying to eat a dang vegetable.

There were times I spent so much time worrying about which veggies to eat, I never actually ended up eating any.

If you're not eating enough fruit or veggies, don’t worry about eating five servings or covering the rainbow yet — just worry about adding one.

Don't stress over fresh, frozen, or canned. If you're eating veggies, then you're doing it right. You can make improvements along the way.

So if you’ve eaten zero veggies this week, make it one. If you’ve had three, make it four. SMALL WINS COUNT, and they add up a whole lot faster than you think!

You give so much to everyone else that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to have energy left over for yourself.

We’ve all been told that taking time for ourselves is selfish. But self-care isn’t selfish, it’s a requirement! 😮

When we’re running on empty, our stress rises, our patience drops, and our energy disappears. We can’t sustain giving from an empty tank — it’s just biology, not weakness.

But when we refill your cup with rest, movement, or even 5-10 minutes of peace and quiet — we show up as our best selves for everyone else too.

Research shows that when caregivers and parents take care of their own health, EVERYONE around them benefits.

So maybe the most selfless thing you can do this week... is take care of yourself first. Less stress, more energy, better relationships.

Fill your cup, not because you’ve earned it, but because you NEED it to keep going. ❤️
