Everyone always asks which vegetables are best. The best veggie is the one you ACTUALLY eat!
I used to overthink what counted as ‘healthy’ instead of just trying to eat a dang vegetable.
There were times I spent so much time worrying about which veggies to eat, I never actually ended up eating any.
If you're not eating enough fruit or veggies, don’t worry about eating five servings or covering the rainbow yet — just worry about adding one.
Don't stress over fresh, frozen, or canned. If you're eating veggies, then you're doing it right. You can make improvements along the way.
So if you’ve eaten zero veggies this week, make it one. If you’ve had three, make it four. SMALL WINS COUNT, and they add up a whole lot faster than you think!
