🌗 ANNOUNCEMENT: Holistic Haven Wellness is being born 🌓

As we arrive at the final full supermoon of the Snake year, I’ve been reflecting on a month of slowing down, feeling deeply, and letting the next step reveal itself. I even took a solo trip to the mountains of New Mexico to reconnect with my body and move out of survival mode.

Through that soft unwinding – old wounds opening, a left-eye injury, and a lot of truth rising since October – clarity finally landed:

Canton is where I want to root this next chapter.

As one of the few practitioners in my field in the entire state (and the only one offering this exact work), I could technically go anywhere. But my heart kept saying here.

And from that grounded clarity, I’m honored to share…

✨ Holistic Haven Wellness is coming in 2026. ✨

A 2,400 sq ft sanctuary designed for:
- up to 6 trauma-informed practitioners
- 2 cosmetologists
- the private space I’ve long needed for my own sessions
- workshops, gatherings, and community healing

A space where every body is welcome.
A space that will never be used as a weapon.
A space where no story, history, or identity becomes a tool of harm.

Owl Eye Somatics will continue as my personal work, while Holistic Haven becomes a collective of holistic practitioners co-creating something powerful for East Texas. I’m grateful to be growing alongside Euphoria Wellness, Pure Radiant You Wellness, and the newly expanding Clarity Gym & Wellness – each bringing their own medicine, our own specialties, our own heart for this community.

Holistic Haven will be a home for everyone – bodies in pain, hearts in repair, nervous systems searching for safety, and anyone who feels they’ve tried everything else. And most importantly, a place to find pleasure, joy, and genuine fun again.

I’m excited, hopeful, a little terrified – and so deeply ready.

I’m excited to share that Owl Eye Somatics has found a new (temporary) home at Pure Radiant You Wellness Center, - in Canton!

Debbie and Sarah, the incredible nurse practitioners who own Pure Radiant You, have welcomed me with open arms and such kindness. They’ve gone above and beyond to make space for me, and I’m thrilled to have colleagues who are not only supportive but truly excited by the work I do – that is such a welcome and needed shift. Together, we’re already dreaming about all the ways we can serve our clients and patients as a unified, holistic team.

This move feels like such a positive step for my clients, too. Debbie and Sarah share my deep passion for holistic wellness and offer incredible modalities like lymphatic support, thermal imaging, scar therapy tools, hormone replacement therapy, and so much more. I can’t wait to share more about these offerings with you soon.

From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that they bring to their patients. I’m so grateful to join a team that shares my belief in whole-body, root-cause healing.

Over the last two weeks I’ve received the sweetest messages — from clients/friends — filled with love, gratitude, and some of the kindest words my ears have ever heard. Honestly, I can’t even find the right words to capture just how magical they’ve been. Then this morning, I woke up to a notification about two reviews so generously shared on Google. I’m not sure what’s been in the air these past couple of weeks, but I am so here for it — and I’m bursting with gratitude.

All of this had me reflecting… I’ve never been a fan of the word "Client". For the people who so graciously trust me to be a part of their journey, “client” just doesn’t feel good in my body. Soooo, I’ve decided to birth a new word: "FRILIENT" ✨ (I'm totally open to another word if someone can come up with something better 😂)

To me, a Frilient is so much more than a client. You are friends, companions, and brilliant humans I get to walk alongside and co-create with. You are people I LOVE deeply, respect fully, and hold with immense gratitude.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has reached out these past couple of weeks, and to those who left such kind reviews. Your words mean more to me than you will ever know. 💛
