We recently learned that our business name has been used fraudulently in an attempt to scam individuals outside of our service area. Please rest assured that this activity did not originate from us or from out Third-Party Processor (TPP). Our TPP has confirmed there have been no breaches and all of our recent transactions are valid.
Your information is safe. We do not store credit card numbers, and charges can only be processed through our TPP with your authorization. You will only ever be billed for your regular monthly services (if you have auto-pay set up) or for services you approve via an emailed invoice.
If you ever notice a suspicious charge under our name, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
