Today we’re celebrating something extra special at Navigate Counseling Solutions as our Chief Clinical Officer, Eric, gets to meet the very newest (and tiniest!) member of our extended Navigate family. There is nothing quite like holding new life—full of hope, promise, and possibility—and we couldn’t be more excited for this precious little one and their amazing mama, Emma.

We’re also happy to share that Emma will be returning for telehealth sessions beginning February 4 and is officially open for new clients. She brings such warmth, wisdom, and heart to her work, and we are so grateful for the care and presence she offers every person she serves. She is truly one of the greats, and we are proud to have her on our team.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. In 2023 in the United States, over 49,000 people died by taking their own life, that is 1 person every 11 minutes. Su***des among males was approximately four times higher than the rate among females.

This is our reminder that you are not alone, and check on your friends and family. Remember, talking about su***de isn't harmful, but silence is.
