Our Office is Hiring!!!
We are looking for a detail-oriented Intake and Insurance Verification representative to join our customer service team. You will play a key role in answering phones, inputting new patient charts, verifying insurance coverage, and securing the necessary documentation to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment. This role requires a high level of accuracy and effective communication. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance verification, and billing processes is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency with computers and experience with Microsoft Products and Adobe.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented and empathetic approach.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Background Check required.

Hourly rate $18-$22 depending on qualifications and experience.
