Last week the FDA and CDC authorized a 3rd dose (booster) for patients between the ages of 5-11 of the Pfizer COVID vaccine. As long as at least 5 months have passed from dose #2. ***IMPORTANT INFANT FORMULA RECALL***

The FDA is advising consumers NOT to use Similac, Alimentum, or EleCare powdered infant formulas if:

the first two digits of the code are 22 through 37; and
the code on the container contains K8, SH or Z2; and
the expiration date is 4-1-2022 (APR 2022) or later.

Due to the severe weather conditions we are operating on a limited basis today. Dr. Motz, Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Kungle, and Dr. Cerrezuela will be in the office this afternoon to see any previously scheduled visits. We will be taking sick visits as well. If you can't get through by phone we will also see any walk-ins that arrive between 1:30 and 4pm.
