Cornerstone at Canton offers local seniors service-enriched Assisted Living, ConnectedLIFE, an open campus memory support program for Assisted Living residents who have Mild Cognitive Impairment, and a state-of-the-art secure Compass Memory Support Neighborhood affiliated with the Boston University Alzheimer's Disease Center. This vibrant senior community is nestled on Revere Street, minutes from Interstate 95 and located just off Canton's quaint downtown area featuring many shops and restaurants. Cornerstone offers residents several serene outdoor spaces including a dining patio, gazebo, raised garden beds and an enclosed outdoor courtyard inside our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood. Our community features spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as an array of community spaces designed to support a vibrant community of individuals doing the things they love, trying new experiences and enjoying the company of their neighbors.

Last week we welcomed professionals from MetroWest Mrc, Brookline Medical Reserve Corps and Norfolk Medical Reserve Corps into our community for a lunch and learn! The group participated in The Dementia Experience, had a meaningful discussion about Understanding Dementia in the Real World, and enjoyed a delicious lunch from our dining team! It’s so important to share our knowledge with the greater community. We can’t wait to continue to work with this great group of volunteers!
