It can be helpful to have someone present with us in our pain, sitting with us as we process and seek growth and healing. I hold an integrated care perspective, utilizing evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, but also using mindfulness, relaxation, and acceptance. I believe in holistic care, looking at your individual strengths, background, and beliefs that empower you to become the best version of yourself.
