You won’t waste time laying on heat packs at our clinic, or doing exercises you could do on your own time. You won’t be handed off to techs or assistants, & you won’t receive treatment from someone treating other patients at the same time. You get our full attention to get you better fast! We treat all types of injuries including but not limited to: Back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, rotator cuff and impingement issues, meniscus injuries, epicondylitis or tennis elbow, knee pain, ankle pain and ankle sprain. Starting next Tuesday, BodyFit Physical Therapy is launching Golf Mobility Classes designed for golfers who want better rotation, smoother movement, and a stronger, pain-free swing before the season even begins.

Class Details
• Tuesdays | 6:00 PM — Tumble Brook Country Club
• Thursdays | 6:00 PM — BodyFit Physical Therapy (Canton)
• Begins February 3
• 60-minute sessions | 1x per week
• Small group format — capped at 10 golfers

Pricing Options
• $199/month — 4 classes at one location
• $379/month — train at both locations for added flexibility and quicker gains (best value)

These sessions are led by Cindy Langer, MSPT, TPI-certified physical therapist.

We had an awesome time partnering with .co Contemporary Dance for a “Bend, Don’t Break” workshop all about keeping dancers healthy, strong, and on the floor.

Fun fact: Dr. Ally danced for 15 years (including 8 years competitively) so she knows firsthand what dancers need to stay safe and perform at their best!

She covered key injury prevention strategies and walked through what to do if an injury does occur to support a quicker, more effective recovery.

The goal: help dancers understand their bodies, move with confidence, and manage the demands of training without breaking down.
