Our small but busy mental health practice is looking for a motivated, welcoming, and experienced administrative assistant to help our clinicians with office duties. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

**Welcome clients in a professional and positive manner on the phone and in person

**Conduct phone intakes and schedule appointment for several providers

**Use an electronic health record (EHR) program proficiently

**Complete insurance verifications

**Timely and professional communication via email and by phone with other professionals

**Strict adherence to HIPAA laws and client confidentiality

**Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and remain organized at all times

**Perform other clerical tasks as requested
