Saying yes to treatment is a powerful decision.

What matters just as much is what happens next.

Recovery should not feel abrupt, confusing, or unsupported. Each level of care should connect clearly, with defined expectations and steady progression.

That consistency is what builds stability — and stability is what sustains progress.

We’re here when you’re ready.

What is the Matrix Model?

Instead of guessing what might work, it provides a framework designed for long-term recovery.

Recovery doesn’t end when treatment does.

It continues in the quiet parts of real life — in early mornings, hard conversations, daily choices, and showing up when it would be easier not to.

At Arrow Passage Recovery, our alumni community stays connected because long-term recovery isn’t built alone. It’s built with support, accountability, and people who understand the work.

That’s how progress keeps moving forward.

Early recovery can feel uncertain. Emotions shift. Motivation changes. Some days feel strong, others don’t.

That’s why routine matters. A consistent schedule, structured programming, and clear expectations bring stability back into daily life. When someone knows what their day looks like and what’s required of them, progress becomes more predictable.

At Arrow Passage Recovery, we build structure into every level of care so growth happens steadily, not just on the good days.

Call (866) 850-5624 to learn more about our program.

Starting over can feel overwhelming.

But recovery isn’t about racing to catch up. It’s about making steady, consistent choices that move you forward, even when progress feels small.

At Arrow Passage Recovery, we focus on building structure and support that help those choices add up to lasting change.

When you’re ready to begin, we’re here.

Struggling with both alcohol consumption and diabetes?
Alcohol directly interferes with blood sugar control, creating unpredictable swings for those living with diabetes. To help Ohioans understand their personal alcohol diabetes risk, use this quick assessment tool:

-Check your pattern: Note how often you drink and the quantity.
-Monitor symptoms: Look for shaky hands, sweating, or confusion specifically after drinking.
-Review your logs: Check if your blood sugar records show frequent, unexplained highs or lows the morning after.

Alcohol impacts the liver’s ability to release glucose, which can cause blood sugar to plummet or spike depending on when and how much is consumed. Common terms such as hypoglycemia (dangerous low blood sugar) and hyperglycemia (persistently high blood sugar) describe these extremes.

Managing diabetes becomes much harder as even one daily drink may disrupt routine blood sugar checks and medication adherence. Individuals with diabetes in Ohio should recognize how unique their own reactions may be—this approach works best for those aiming to personalize their diabetes management.
