What is Yin Yoga, you ask?...
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods (usually 3 to 5 minutes) to gently target the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia. Itโs less about muscle strength and more about stillness, breath, and awareness. Yin invites you to slow down, release tension, and create space in both the body and the mind. It's a perfect counterbalance to busy, active lives.
