Touching Hearts at Home provides non-medical companion care services for seniors in the Southwest Boston area who want to stay safe and independent at home.

Touching Hearts at Home of Southwest Boston is a locally owned and operated home care agency dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and adults by providing compassionate, non-medical support in the comfort of their own homes. Our services are designed to promote independence, dignity, and peace of mind for both our clients and their families. We offer personalized care plans that may include companionship, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and support for individuals living with dementia or other health challenges. At the heart of what we do is a commitment to kindness, respect, and building trusting relationships between caregivers and clients.

This week, our amazing caregivers came together for our fall in-service training focused on “Best Practices of Care Partnering for Successful ADL Care”, led by the wonderful Tammy Pozerycki of Clear Guidance, LLC. 💡

This training was all about deepening our understanding of how to support clients with dignity, respect, and collaboration.

Day 1 of the 2025 Touching Hearts Annual Meeting is in the books! We had a jam packed day with great speakers, insight, best practice sharing and more. It was a great opportunity to connect with many of the compassionate and committed owners in our network. This annual tradition is rewarding to see old friends and meet some of the newest members of the ever growing Touching Hearts at Home network. Can't wait for Day 2!

Today we sponsored Coffee and Conversations at the Walpole Council On Aging. We brought the coffee and desserts and TD Bank brought the knowledge! Participants were able to learn about "The Evolution of Fraud and Scams" and how to protect yourself. Always a timely topic!

We had a great day at Age Well with HESSCO Elder Services yesterday at Lake Pearl! It was a great day with terrific speakers, self care activities, lunch and educational resources for seniors in Norfolk County. We are proud to be able to support such a great event year after year.

Yesterday we attended the Walpole Council On Aging annual Health Fair! Participants were able to get their flu shot and get to know some of the resources available to them in the community. As always, a great turnout from the Walpole community!
