This past summer, Master Sean was able to travel to Ithaca in order to visit the relatively new Dalai Lama Library and Learning Center at the Namgyal Monastery Institute of Buddhist Studies. Sean lived literally up the street for many years and witnessed the monks scouting the spot while on a walk in the neighborhood. This was his first trip back to what they built after he left. It is beautiful. Sean was fortunate enough to experience a meaningful meditation at the center and even found a new book to read (pic included). A fun bonus for a classic car fan was seeing the Dalai Lama's classic 60's era Land Rover Defender. The Dalai Lama was transported all across India for official business by his brother. Cool car for the coolest dude!

Lava Tai Chi. Here is our fiend Anne at Mount St. Helen's in Washington State. I can honestly say this is the first time one of our students did Tai Chi in a 1.5 mile LAVA tube. I'm glad the headlamp battery was fully charged. Keep the adventure rolling, Anne. We want a full report on your return.
