New space, same heart 🤍
My massage therapy office in Jackson Township is slowly coming together, piece by piece. Still organizing, still adjusting, still working things out, but it already feels really good.
I’m excited to welcome new clients here and continue caring for the ones who’ve supported me along the way. More to come, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

What you’re seeing here 👇
This is the result of slide cupping done for about 3–4 minutes on an athlete’s upper back and shoulder.

While it might look scary or painful, it’s actually not. The discoloration is not bruising. Cupping creates negative pressure, which gently lifts the tissue and allows more blood, oxygen, and lymphatic fluid to move into areas that need it most. Darker coloring usually shows up where muscles are tighter or overworked.

Why I love using slide cupping for athletes: • Improves circulation and lymphatic flow
• Releases fascial restrictions
• Reduces muscle tension
• Supports faster recovery
• Helps improve range of motion

It’s an efficient way to work through multiple muscles and is often more comfortable than deep, static pressure. The marks are temporary and fade within a few days.
Helping people move better, recover faster, and feel good in their bodies never gets old.

My treatment room is just about ready and I’m feeling so grateful seeing it all come together. I still have a things left to do in the office overall, but knowing I can start treating tomorrow with one room nearly finished is a huge win.

A big shout out to for helping us move everything in the brisk cold, true friendship right there. ❄️💪
And the biggest thank you to my husband, , who worked until midnight getting things done and painting when my hands were hurting. Your support means more than I can put into words. 🖤

Grateful for good friends, hard work, and a really good start.

Cupping is one of my go-to tools for tight, cranky shoulders.

It allows me to work multiple muscles at once, improve circulation, and decompress the tissue without having to dig in.

For clients who are really tight or don’t tolerate a lot of neuromuscular work, cupping can be a gentler option; and while it may be gentler, it can still be uncomfortable. It’s just a different kind of pain.

Less guarding, more mobility, and better movement overall. 💪✨

New beginnings in Shakertown, right here in the heart of Jackson Township.

Over the next couple of weeks, Luna and I will be getting everything ready to welcome you starting February 1st.

What makes this space extra special is that for the first time in my career, this is truly my place, no more renting a room from someone else's practice. (Now I'm commercially leasing 😂)

A beautiful opportunity that God clearly opened up, and I am so grateful and excited to walk into it with faith, joy, and gratitude.

Luna is already making herself right at home, doing her very important job of bringing calm, comfort, and a whole lot of happy energy to our new space. We can’t wait to share it with you.

✨ A Little Update & A Big Thank You! ✨

I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the holiday season. As you can see, Luna and I definitely are—she absolutely loves being in the treatment room and supervising all the relaxation happening. 🐾💛

Thank you all so much for the likes, follows, and continued support as my massage practice grows. It truly means the world to me.
