FREE COMMUNITY JESUS WOD
Join us as we come together for more than a workout…
this is a time to reflect, remember, and honor the sacrifice of Jesus.
Each year, we complete the Jesus WOD as a meditation on His love—what He endured so that we could have life.
14 Rounds for Time:
• 10 Deadlifts (95/65)
• 10 Squat Cleans (95/65)
• 10 Push Press (95/65)
• 50 ft Barbell Walking Lunges
After rounds 3, 7, & 9:
• 7 Turkish Get-Ups (53/35)
The 14 rounds represent the 14 stations of the cross, walking through His journey to the crucifixion.
This is for ALL levels.
It’s not about skill… it’s not about performance…
it’s about Jesus.
We come with reverence, knowing:
His grace covers EVERYTHING.
We can add nothing to it… and take nothing away.
Let’s gather as a community—
to move with purpose, to reflect deeply, and to honor the One who gave it all.
Praise God for the cross.
Praise God for the empty tomb.
