All of our teachers have at least 200hrs of training and continue their education in a variety of disciplines to better serve you. Our goal is to provide Downtown Canton with a welcoming and joyful place where everyone can practice yoga. Our class styles range from gentle and relaxing, to more vigorous and challenging. Regardless of the class all our teachers are mindful to provide you with modifications to make your practice safe and unique to you. Since times are ever changing, we have adapted. As a studio we have safe sanitation procedures, that we use to insure your safety. We also have plenty of room to properly, and comfortably, physically distance. We look forward to seeing you!
