Another class that everyone loved is back! Monday the 11th @ 7pm we will be holding another Restorative yoga class taught by Monica . Restorative yoga is derived from yin yoga. All postures are done from the floor, and are held for 2-5 minutes. While finding your flexibility in this class you will be assisted with blocks, blankets, and tune-up balls. Bring a mat and come pamper your muscles & mind.🧘🏻‍♀️

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique; such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to clear any unwanted or unneeded stress and emotion out of the mind. All non-practicing meditation and practicing meditation students are welcome to join this class. Your urged to wear lose fit comfortable clothing to this class.
