I've got a sound offering for YOU this weekend! Catch me at MBS Precision Pilates & Wellness in Canyon Lake on Sunday at 4pm. We'll have a bit of gentle movement, guided meditation time, followed by a crystal singing bowl sound experience. Bring anything to help you be comfortable, ie: blankets, pillows, eye mask, plus your yoga mat or meditation cushion. Refreshments and a vendor trunk show will follow.

I have been working with Kim at MBS Precision Pilates on and off for about 10 years. I have taken class sessions at studio, private sessions with her in the studio, and duet sessions with her at the studio. I have taken Pilates classes all over the world (yes, seriously, San Diego area, England, Phoenix and Tucson AZ, Barcelona, Prague, Florida, St. louis, Denver, to name a few) and she is the BEST. Since Covid-19 appeared, I am a high risk client due to medical issues, so I take social distancing very seriously. I recently started doing ZOOM pilates sessions with her! And even without being n the same room with her, I get a tough workout. What makes her so good is that she is extremely knowledgeable, flexible and able to adapt exercises based on what works for the client. She is able to do a duet with me and my duet partner even though we have different injuries and problem areas, and she is able to handle both of us together so we both get a great workout. I can not recommend her enough.
