Thank you all for your patience while booking with me. I do stay 4-6 weeks booked out BUT I do have a cancellation list that I keep updated! Never hesitate to check in on any possible openings 🤗 TEXT MESSAGE (806-922-7185) is still the fastest way to book (messenger is slow)! M-Thursday 10am-2:30pm

I do try and work 2 Sundays a month.
Weekend rate is $100/60in

My practice is centered around improving range of motion and helping reset muscle function while also improving movement of connective tissue. Remember self care is not selfish 🙌🏾 and drink water and exercise 🫠health is wealth ❤️

I’m typically booked 3-4 weeks out but I do have the occasional cancellation so feel free to ask about availability anytime 🤗

My availability is Monday and Tuesday 9-4 and Fridays 9-2 (Wednesdays are fluid depending on workload)

I am located in Canyon at 1205 23rd DOOR NUMBER 7 (on the BACKSIDE of the Buffalo plaza)
I operate by appointment only and do not display signage.
