I've meditated my way out of 30,000 + Heart Palpitations, Fibrillations, Irregular Heart Beats, etc. I use the CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) and Stroke Prevention Meditation 5-10 times each month (hours every day) to keep my arteries open. In Acupuncture Theory: Qi is the Commander of Blood, Blood the Mother of Qi. When Qi moves, Blood moves. Movement of Qi clears away the dregs and debris of illness. It can do so in the arteries.

I use Saam Medical Meditation incorporate with this CAD Meditation (most often with the Heart, Kidney, and Pericardium channel meditations, but every channel can be used). From my descending Aorta in the groin/ legs, to the Heart, the Carotid Arteries, and Circle of Willis (spaghetti network of arteries at the base of the brain). I feel Qi moving in these locations. When Qi is moving, channels open, and restrictions clear away.

This is my true testimony as a likely Rheumatic Heart Disease sufferer of over 40 years. I am alive now because of Saam Medical Meditation. It saved my Heart Health and I expect it to continue so, for a long life.
