Doing a little porcelain build up on a lower anterior PFM bridge. An art that is slowly fading as there are no new dental technicians learning this trade. Many would rather just do digital work nowadays (I also know how to do) ... love doing this 🦷

Don't get to see too many of these anymore metal occlusion with porcelain facings #12-15 was fun to make and design digitally with the 3shape software and then sent off the file to to print the metal. I used slm p+ noble metal for this restoration and then once received metal back i build porcelain shade vita 5M1. I remember the days I used to hand wax, cast and then metal finished these not fun! I love where the technology is taking us. So much more precise and less time consuming.
