Great news everyone! Starting January 17th Essential Balance Massage & Infrared Therapy will be adding the following events to our monthly calendar:
1) Sound bowl events 6:00pm on 1/17
2) Tai Chi classes
9:30am on 1/17
3) Pelvic Floor restoration workshops (date TBD)
4) Acupuncture Community Clinic (date TBD)

One week later I was home doing minor table slides with a piece of paper under my arm to give it the ability to slide then back to sling.
Then 4 hours later taking sling off and letting my arm hang and moving with very slight pendulum, like motions, as if it was blowing in the wind.  I am a firm believer in taking the Arnica pellets, which help decrease the inflammation so I do that prior to any movement of the arm! The pellets look like this.
