It’s here — Sacred Rewilding Women’s Retreat 🌿

What an honor it is to co-host this retreat with and guide 13 incredible women on this journey together ✨️

Such a full-circle moment ⭕️

Almost exactly 11 years ago, I became a certified 200hr yoga teacher with , and our training was held at the beautiful 🪷

I fell in love with the land and stayed in Puerto Viejo for three months, living at my friend ’s bar and taco cantina, 🌊

My very first yoga classes were taught on the beach in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

And now, I return to this sacred place to host my third retreat — in the very same space where my yoga teaching journey began.

Your presence, openness, and willingness to show up fully made this experience incredibly special.

I’m deeply grateful for everyone’s flexibility with the weather—what could have felt like a limitation instead became a gift.

Being indoors created a cozy, intimate container that allowed us to slow down, connect more deeply, and truly be with one another.

It felt like the weather gently nudged us closer, fostering meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and a sense of sisterhood that I’ll carry with me for a long time.

Thank you for trusting the process, the space, and each other 💫🙏

I'm excited to announce that BIG changes are coming to my business! While I am still working on the full rebrand and redesign of my website, I wanted to change my Instagram and Facebook handles because it's time for me to practice what I preach: when something is no longer serving you, you must let it go. And so it's time for me to let go of being a yoga hustler because that no longer embodies who I am or how I want to live my life. I have learned that I am no longer about the hustle, but about self-care and balance. The hustle culture was wearing on me, both physically and mentally. I had to tend to my mind, body and spirit--changing my perspective in order to fit the new lifestyle I wanted for myself. Today I am proud to announce that Laura Gotlin Holistic Wellness will be replacing "yogahustler." It's a name that's more true to who I am and how I want to live my life. Although yoga is still a big part of what I do, I am shifting gears to adopt a more holistic approach to wellness. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, nutritional counseling, reiki, and energy healing I intend to provide sanctuary for those who need a gentle, compassionate and comforting guide on their journey of holistic wellness.
